Myanmar apologises to China over cross-border bombing Posted: 02 Apr 2015 02:30 PM PDT Myanmar issued a formal apology to China yesterday acknowledging that one of its warplanes had killed five Chinese farm workers in a cross-border bombing attack last month during fighting with Kokang rebels. It also said it would punish those responsible. |

They say some drivers lack not only a business licence to operate such a service, but even a driving licence. Drivers are often drunk and rude to passengers, and they run away when they get involved in the not-infrequent accidents. |
