Mandalay NLD, UEC to hold member elections Posted: 15 Jun 2016 11:29 PM PDT Members of the National League for Democracy will be electing a new addition to the party's regional executive committee in Mandalay today to replace U Htin Kyaw, who has since become the country's president. Regional party president U Tin Tun Oo said, "There's only one vacancy in the regional executive, the position of the former president. Now party headquarters has been informed about the vacant position." |
