Rains heap more misery on migrants as 'maritime ping-pong' continues

For the second time this week, Thailand blocked a second boat carrying hundreds of people from Myanmar from landing, as international pressure continued to grow on ASEAN countries to save thousands of refugees and migrants adrift in the ocean.
