Chindwin River tops danger level in four Sagaing townships

The height of the Chindwin River has exceeded the danger level in Hkamti, Homalin, Paungbyin and Mawlaik townships in Sagaing Region and is expected to rise more than another foot in the next 24 to 48 hours, according to the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology (DMH).
